Our team consists of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are deeply committed to making a difference. Together, we organize insightful awareness campaigns, establish accessible primary health centers, and collaborate with local communities to address their specific health needs, through collaboration, advocacy, and community engagement. We work tirelessly to build a future where everyone has the tools and knowledge to prioritize their health and well-being. Our mission is to provide accessible healthcare, empower individuals with knowledge and resources, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to improve the overall wellbeing of the Nigerian population

Health Tips

Stay Active

Incorporate regular activities like walking or cycling for at least 30 minutes most days.

Balance Diet

HLADI joined stakeholders from across government, civil society, development agencies, and academia at the two-day National Multisectoral Food and Nutrition Data Technical Workshop in Abuja, held April 29–30, 2024. The workshop focused on improving data governance, strengthening interoperability across sectors, and enhancing evidence-based decision-making in Nigeria’s nutrition response.

On April 7th, 2025, HLADI joined government officials, civil society leaders, and development experts at the BON Hotel in Abuja for the official inauguration of the Technical Working Group (TWG) and Consultants’ Workshop for the review of Nigeria’s National Policy on Food and Nutrition. The event marked a significant step in addressing the country’s nutrition crisis through multi-sectoral collaboration and evidence-based policy reform.

PRIMARY HEALTH CENTERS

The Health and Lifestyle Awareness Development Initiatives (HLADI) collaborates with Primary Health Centers (PHCs) to enhance community health.
